Babdab was born out of frustration. We were trying to play a board game, but we were missing a die. We googled "dice roller", and the first three results required us to accept cookies, watch a 15-second ad, and sign up for a newsletter.

Our Mission

We believe utility tools on the internet should be:

  1. Fast: No bloated frameworks. No loading spinners.
  2. Free: No paywalls. No premium features.
  3. Private: No tracking. No accounts. We don't want your data.
  4. Accessible: They should work even if JavaScript is disabled.

The Tech Stack

This site is statically generated. It's built with HTML, CSS (Tailwind), and a sprinkle of JavaScript (Alpine.js) for interactivity. The result is a site that loads instantly and works everywhere.

Try it yourself

Go ahead, turn off JavaScript in your browser settings. Then try to use our Color Mixer or Mad Libs generator. They still work via classic HTML form submissions.
